This website is owned and operated by Baby Envy Boutique. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shipping Terms and Conditions.

These Online Shipping Terms and Conditions, the use of this website and any order or purchase made through the facilities of this website shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

You may purchase or order items for non-commercial and lawful purposes. Any other use is not permitted. You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. Any items purchased on this website will not be delivered to an address outside of Canada

How We Ship

We ship orders throughout the week, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Shipping fees vary for individual items and can be viewed in your shopping cart once an item has been added. All our products are conveniently shipped through Canada Post or FedEx, depending on the item. For orders shipping for remote areas within Canada, additional shipping fees may apply.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and not ship an order for any reason. All orders will ship within 1-2 business days. All prices listed on this website are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Baby Envy Boutique will notify you by electronic mail (e-mail) within 1 business day of making a purchase if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. If you do not receive an e-mail within 72 hours of completing a purchase order, Baby Envy Boutique is deemed to have confirmed the purchase at the price listed.

Baby Envy Boutique will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Baby Envy Boutique will not be responsible for any delays in delivery, which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, Baby Envy Boutique will notify you as soon as possible.

For orders of regular sized within Canada (with some exceptions) with a minimum purchase value of $160 before taxes, shipping is free. Shipping Cost is calculated at the time of check-out. The customers is responsible for any additional Brokerage, Duty or Taxes that may apply.

Orders shipping internationally are not eligible for free shipping.

Once you have completed your order online, upon request a tracking number will be emailed to you.
For insurance purposes many packages will require a signature.  You must be present to receive, inspect, & sign for your delivery if a signature is required.

Before signing/receiving the package, check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages and check for damaged packaging

When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”.

If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing.  If damages or shortages are not recorded the shipping company will not honour insurance claims and unfortunately we will not be able to honour our return policy.

Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items.  If there are any damages or shortages, please report them immediately by calling us at 226-674-0111.

When checking out you will be notified of your shipping costs, which will vary depending on location it is being shipped to. Shipping charges quoted will not include extra costs such as duty, brokerage, etc. that may be incurred and that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our free shipping to select remote areas due to the higher cost of shipping, however shipping is available at a discounted price.

Backorder and Out of Stock Items

Any item you ordered is currently on back order or has become out of stock, you will be notified via email with an estimated availability date and subject to change. You then have the option of waiting for the item to become available, or cancelling it. In order to get early access to new products, backordered items and reserve them, we need to take payment for the item at the time the order is placed. If your order consists of both in stock and backorder items, we will reserve these items for you and ship your order in full as soon as your backorder item(s) arrives. If the backordered item has an extended estimated arrival date on your in-stock item may ship ahead. This means that all backorder items in your shopping cart will be charged to your account once you checkout.

Cancellation Policy

We are committed to process online orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests or order changes must be received within 24 hours of placement of the original order. Changes or requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

You have the option of cancelling an item that you have ordered that has not yet been shipped and your credit card has not been charged. This does not apply to Final Sale items such as hygiene items, car seats, special orders, furniture orders. A member of our team would be happy to try accommodate you. To cancel your order, please send us an email or call 226-674-0111 with your order number. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to the return policy.

You can cancel your backorder at anytime, as long as it’s not a custom made or special order item by emailing us. Please note that sending in a request does not automatically cancel your order. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once it has been processed.

Final Sale Items

Baby Envy customers can always be confident that our products are completely new, unused and attain a high standard of quality. For safety and hygienic reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Additionally, the following items are also final sale:

  • Clearance items
  • Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging
  • Items that have been assembled or modified
  • Special order items (including but not limited to all furniture)

Returns / Exchanges

Merchandise must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of goods. We are also happy to offer you store credit in case an exchange is unsatisfactory.All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on actual product page. Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable or exchangeable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page. All purchases of sale merchandise, car seat, stroller, electronics, mattress, pillows, swimwear, bedding and plush are final sale.

We only accept returns on items that are manufacturer defects. Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept opened box, dirty, washed or used products.

Please enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining the reason for return.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns or exchange for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, and undergarments.

If you received a damaged item, we apologize and look forward to making it right!

Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please email a picture of your damaged item and your order number to or and we will gladly assist you with your exchange. ships all US orders through Canadian Postal Service. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs as well as any duties, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier.

The minimum delivery charge for shipping in the US is $20. If it is going to cost more we will contact you prior to shipping out your order.

*Please note some items are not eligible for shipping outside of Canada. These items include but are not limited to car seats, furniture and some strollers.

We will gladly match a lower price within 14 days of the item being shipped or picked up at a qualifying online retailer, or a local competitor. 

All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
Baby Envy Boutique does not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be sure to include your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our returns department will process your request and will reply within 2 business days. Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods however for your protection, we recommend using Canada Post or insured parcel post for return shipments. Additionally we recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own request a tracking number from the shipper for their records. If a package is refused, there will be a $15.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer.
